The Real Estate Regulatory Authority -Aqarat continues its dedicated efforts to develop and regulate the real estate sector in the State of Qatar, guided by the wise vision of His Highness Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, Amir of the State of Qatar, may Allah preserve and protect him. His Highness places great importance on supporting this vital sector and strengthening its role in advancing sustainable economic development.
Since the establishment of the Authority pursuant to Amiri Decision No. (28) of 2023, we have been committed to building an integrated real estate ecosystem founded on transparency, efficiency, and innovation. Through these efforts, we seek to enhance investor confidence and reinforce Qatar’s position as a leading destination for real estate investment at both the regional and international levels.
We firmly believe that effective regulation of the real estate market and the protection of the rights of all stakeholders constitute the cornerstone of sustainable development. Accordingly, the Authority remains focused on advancing the regulatory and legislative framework governing the sector, while strengthening collaboration with all relevant stakeholders. These efforts aim to improve sector efficiency, stimulate investment, and create a secure and attractive real estate environment for developers and investors alike.
In this context, we continue to embrace digital solutions and advanced technologies while enhancing services and procedures in line with international best practices, thereby improving the quality and efficiency of services provided to all stakeholders.
