Owners Association
According to the provisions of Article (893):
- If there is shared ownership of a property divided into floors or apartments, the owners, by a majority of the shares, may form an association among themselves.
- One of the objectives of the association may be the construction or purchase of properties and the distribution of their parts to its members.
- The association shall have legal personality.
