Eng. Khalid bin Ahmed Al Obaidly, President of the Real Estate Regulatory Authority – Aqarat, participated in a panel discussion at MWC Doha 2025, which explored the role of artificial intelligence and digital transformation in advancing the real estate sector, enhancing procedural efficiency, and strengthening transparency in alignment with the National Development Strategy (NDS3) and Qatar National Vision 2030.

The session highlighted the importance of unified digital platforms in simplifying services and improving the investor journey by providing accurate data and more seamless, reliable processes—supported by Qatar’s advanced digital infrastructure and growing confidence in the real estate market.
