About the Authority
- The Real Estate Regulatory Authority - Aqarat seeks to regulate, stimulate and contribute to the development of the sector in line with Qatar National Vision 2030.
- The Authority aims to achieve integration between the governance and regulation of the sector, address the challenges it faces, and preserve the rights of all parties related to the real estate system.
- The Authority works in cooperation with relevant partners to develop the regulatory frameworks and policies necessary to advance the real estate sector and ensure compliance with them. It also supervises the licensing processes of real estate developers, development projects and companies operating in this field.
- The Authority aims to enhance investors’ confidence in the real estate market and adopt and raise awareness of the rules governing the practice of professions related to real estate development.
